âšī¸ How Access Rules Work
Define which SKUs grant access to other products in the customer portal:
- VIP Bundle: One SKU purchase grants access to multiple products
- Special Access: Certain SKUs can unlock additional products
- Bundle Deals: Purchase of a bundle SKU grants access to individual components

You can enter any SKU, including custom ones not in the system yet
VIP: Shows purple badge, generates VIP usernames (VIP12345678), configurable account limit
Multi-Server: Shows blue badge, generates group-based usernames (75TB12345678), 1 account per server group
Multi-Server: Shows blue badge, generates group-based usernames (75TB12345678), 1 account per server group
Important: This limits the TOTAL number of FTP accounts that can be active at once across ALL granted products.
For example: If set to 3 and this VIP SKU grants access to 10 products, the customer can only have FTP accounts for 3 of those 10 products at any time.
They must delete an existing FTP account to create one for a different product.
Note: This field is ignored for Multi-Server access (always 1 account per server group).
