Creation Method

Choose how to create the user

Select Location *

Physical location for server selection

User Group *

Available groups in selected location

Username *

FTP login username (unique per server)

Password *

FTP login password

Customer Email Address

Optional - for sending FTP credentials to the customer

Order Number

Optional - for tracking and email reference

CrushFTP Server Group System Setting

Fixed system setting - always "MainUsers" for CrushFTP organization

Send email notification with FTP credentials

Store Password for Email Resend
Securely store encrypted password to allow resending credentials if customer loses email

Create multiple users from CSV input

Bulk User Data (CSV format)

Format: username,password,email,group_name (one per line)

Select Server for Bulk Creation

All users will be created on this server
